Google Privacy in 2 easy steps

with No Comments

Google history is retained for purposes of good not evil… BUT, either way, you can control how, if and when it is used.  I’m a big Google advocate as a tool to function remotely as if I am in my office and use several of the apps to help keep me organized and my business functioning smoothly.  If you’d like to keep your privacy a bit more private and reduce those ads that make you feel like big brother is watching you, take the following simple steps.

  • Go to google.com/history and sign into your Google account. You can clean recent, older or oldest history items.
  • The next step is to opt out of participating in smart ad displays:  google.com/settings/ads
